Friends... comrades... loyal readers... those with money. I need a favour.

My school does an eighth grade trip to Washington, D.C. every year, in April. This year it's from Aril 4, 2004 - April 8, 2004.

The problem is the cost. The full cost is $1464 (American), which includes a $39 non-refundable application fee.

That doesn't seem like a lot of money, especially when you consider that, for the most part, my family has been pretty well off lately.

But. There have been some problems with money- as in we spend it too much. Thus, I'm letting go of my massive pride and ego and asking for a favour. If you could donate some money- even a little bit would help. I hate asking my parents to pay this much for something that isn't "required", considering we can't afford to go to England (which would be cheaper)- so I'm asking for help.

Just a little will help. And hey, if people will pay to get some twit out of debt online, they can help support a teenager who wants to go on an educational fieldtrip across the US.
