whoo, what is with me and /not/ updating? *smacks self* eah, well, school has been taking up a LOT of time. it's making me batty.

oh. right. school... how do i go into that mess? well, im still the only bass player. ms. knapp loves me... i wonder why? ; ) maybe because she won't have a decent orchestra without me? hehehehe... but the music this year is hard! already! i think i might have a nervy b if i don't figure out how to play triplets soon. for those of you that can read music, im scanning my pieces this year and uploading them... just a warning, though, if you click the link, it's the full-size music.

Belvedere Suite I: Prelude - evil piece. evil, evil, evil, evil, evil piece. *hate hate hate hate hate hate hate* cut time /and/ triplets. unfair, i tell you! it makes my arm hurt... of course, that might be because i didn't play for five months, and now im playing a forte piece... eh, shut up. i feel a bit of a spaz coming on.

Belvedere Suite II: Waltz - i like this piece. it's pretty... and most of the piece is a solo oppurtunity for me. just me, that's it... no cellos or anything! sure, it's only a few notes. but yeah. i like this piece.

Belvedere Suite III: Scherzo - i really only don't like this piece because it's all pizz., and that makes my fingers hurt. but it's really a rather fun piece... it's a fabbity fab sounding piece. but not as fabbity fab as waltz. prelude is just naff.

Belvedere Suite 4: Folk Song - this song is pretty... i like all the long notes. *panicks* but im no good at vibrato anymore!! *spazzes* it's not right...

Alla Tchaikovsky Page 1 and Page 2 - ooher, i HATE this piece with a passion. mostly because it's 2/4 time. i thought it was 2/2 (ie cut time) the first few times i played it, so i was always like a bazillion measures ahead... *whistles* then i figured it out. yesterday. bad noelle, i know... i notice odd things when ive been crying... but anyways, it's the piece from hell. how dare it switch time markings and keys more than once? and have a weirdo pattern in m. 166. i don't know how to play that. i wonder if bryce does?

Jericho Journey Page 1 and Page 2 - this piece is my favourite out of any of our current pieces. yeah. it's quite lovely...

and now the naff old (dad) is summoning me. im away like a herd of turtles... and i must sticky-tape my clash poster back up, ooher. anyways, be well!
